Commercial Planning Sub-System (CPSS v2.5)
CPSS V2.5 is used for Network Planning, Route Analysis, Flight Scheduling and Publishing and Controlling the finalized Network Schedule.  
Following techniques may be used to establish any scope of improvement in the network schedule:
Schedule Management.
Analyze Operational feasibility of network schedule.
Analyze network schedule from Commercial point of view - Profitability & Strategic plan.
Analyze network schedule for Crew cost of operation - Estimate crew headcount & cost of operation.
Analyze network schedule from flight planning perspective - Block time, Trip Fuel & Payload.
Analyze network schedule from fleet utilization point of view - Capacity planning.
Analyze network schedule from aircraft maintenance requirements.
 

 
Key Features of Schedule Management
Import SSIM/SSM (Manual as well as automated).
Export SSIM/SSM (Manual as well as automated).
Users can be notified via email the status (Success/ Failure) of Import/ Export messages (SSIM/SSM).
Compare different schedules.
Merge one schedule into another.
Multi Flight Edit.
Changes are saved as different versions and can be retrieved on demand.
Versions can be bookmarked (for easy retrieval).
Hide/ unhide the columns as per user requirement.
Data compression/ expansion based on the columns selected.
Filter options to view and edit the flights based on various criteria like A/c type, Flight No, Sector, Station, etc.
User can make the changes for selected date range (Schedule filter).
Search for flights based on various criteria.
"Save-As" a schedule with selected date range/ Versions.
User can define the permissions to be granted to other users for his/her schedule so as to maintain data integrity/ confidentiality.
Ability to define the rotations while entering/ editing the flights.
Create Line of flights using FIFO/LIFO (Rotation Builder).
“Masters” to define parameters like Block Time, Distance etc.
User can view the flights in the dated view (Gantt chart) so that user can visualize the schedule and check A/c Discontinuity.
Swap, Add, Edit, Delete flights on Dated view which can be convenient for planning/ day to day operations.
User can visualize the flight routing on GIS Map.
Copy Paste flights from Excel.
Slot Manager to send and receive slots related messages to / from airports and to update the slots to / from schedule.
Slot Utilization analysis.
Compare slots with Schedule.
Print the schedule in flight table format.
Calendar where the user can set the reminders / Timeline.
Web portal through which user can access the schedule online.
Schedule Reports to analyze Rotations, Schedule change etc.
Analysis Report like Aircraft Count, Aircraft Utilization, Airport movement etc.
Customized reports as per user requirements.
Users can be notified via SMS the status (Success/ Failure) of Import/ Export messages (SSIM/SSM) (Under Development).
Weekly view of the flights in Gantt Chart Format (Under Development).

Analyze Operational feasibility of Flight schedule
User can view the flights in the dated view (Gantt chart) so that user can visualize the schedule and check A/c Discontinuity.

Schedules created in the ARMSŪ V2 CPSS 2.5 can be imported in crew trips.
User can run the optimizer/ create crew trips (Manually) and analyze the results.

Define parameters like block time from masters and same can be used while Add/ Edit flights in the flight schedule.
Payload can be entered in the flight table manually or the same can be imported from Flight Ops Module (Under Development).
 
Analyze flight schedule from fleet planning - Capacity planning
The fleet details can be defined in the master.
Optimizer for creating line of flights in consideration with the various constraints (Including fleet) (Under Development).
Create Line of flights using FIFO/LIFO (Rotation Builder).
