Organize Structure: In this module, the user creates the taxonomy/ hierarchy/ tree structure which consists of Cabinets and Folders. Documents/files, URLs, etc. are uploaded into this tree structure. Once the said files are uploaded, and metadata assigned, they can be viewed, accessed, printed, etc. through the eDOCs Reader.
The eDOCs Reader is the frontend application for InfoPrompt®. It can be accessed via LAN or the internet.
Admin/ Security Module:
Assigns various rights and permissions to individual/ group based on department, modules, security classification, Admin controls, etc.
There are two types of search options available within Organize Structure and eDOCs Reader.
- Quick: This allows to search for Cabinet/ Folder/ Objects present in the Tree Structure/ Object Structure view.
- Advanced: This allows more specific search for Cabinet/ Folder/ Objects present in the Tree Structure/ Object Structure view using the various metadata Property details.
